Open the client's application
Click Pull from IRCC
Click Pull from IRCC
First open the client’s Express Entry / PR application (or its checklist) in the IRCC portal in another Chrome tab, then click. The extension reads the record and builds the report here — no IDs or codes to type. Your client’s data never leaves your browser. It then switches you to the IRCC tab to continue in the side panel.What's in the report

Frequently asked questions
Is my client's data stored anywhere?
No. The Chrome extension reads your client's data directly from IRCC using your active session and generates the Word document entirely inside your browser. The data never leaves your computer — nothing is sent to any server, nothing is logged or stored.
Does it work for applications with only one applicant (no spouse)?
Yes. The tool automatically detects whether there is one applicant or two and includes the right sections for each.
Do I need to enter any IDs or codes?
No — the extension detects the open IRCC application automatically. Just open the checklist in a Chrome tab and click Pull from IRCC; no manual input needed.
What if the portal has logged me out?
The tool detects this automatically and shows a 'Session Expired' message. Refresh the IRCC portal tab, sign in again, navigate back to the checklist, and click Pull from IRCC again.
What if I have multiple clients' IRCC tabs open?
The extension will ask you to pick which tab to capture. Each open IRCC tab is listed by client name so you can choose the right one.
