Here is what a wrong first move can cost you: months. A language test taken too early. A job change that does not count toward the route you wanted. A course, a move, a deposit. Most of the expensive mistakes in Canadian immigration happen before an application is ever filed.

Here is what it takes to avoid them: a written plan that tells you where you stand, which route to start with and what to do first, approved by a licensed Canadian immigration consultant before you act on it.

That is the Roadmap. This is what you get.

What you walk away with

Seven things, in writing, built for your situation and not for “applicants in general”:

  • Clarity, in plain words. Where you stand today: what counts in your favour, what does not, and what still needs confirming.
  • A short list that deserves your time. The routes that may fit you, in order of priority, with the reasons. And the ones to stop spending time on, with the reason for that too.
  • A clear first move. Which route to start with, and why, including the trade-offs between your options.
  • Your gaps, named. Each gap in your profile, how serious it is, and what would close it.
  • Your first 30 days, planned. Practical actions in the right order, government fees, and a timeline route by route based on published processing times (which are estimates).
  • A “not yet” list. The risks to watch, and what to leave alone until something else is settled.
  • A licensed consultant behind it. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) reads it, edits it and approves it before it reaches you.

The part most plans skip: a person who answers for it

Software reads your answers, uses the programme information and recent draw results we hold (which can be incomplete or out of date), and prepares a first draft. That is the fast part.

Then a person takes over. An RCIC reads the draft against your real situation, corrects it, rewrites what needs rewriting and approves it. Nothing reaches you until it has been reviewed, approved and delivered. Technology helps us look at more possibilities, faster. Professional judgment decides which ones deserve your attention.

The Roadmap describes your options and the work involved. It does not predict a decision, and it does not promise an invitation, nomination, visa or permanent residence. Nobody can honestly promise that. We do not.

Then there is everything that comes with it

Your Roadmap does not end at the last page. At the time of writing, these come with it, on the terms of the service agreement you see in full before you pay:

  • A 60-minute one-on-one consultation with your RCIC. Go through your Roadmap together, within 30 days of delivery, at no extra charge.
  • Four months of questions and one revision. Ask our AI assistant up to 30 questions about your Roadmap and get answers straight away. If your situation changes, request one revised Roadmap; your RCIC reviews it before it is delivered. It is general information, not immigration advice.
  • 300 credits for our AI tools. Use them in the NOC finder, letter drafting and document checks within 6 months of delivery. For the AI tools only; they have no cash value.
  • Three free guides, in English. IELTS and CELPIP, TEF Canada and TCF Canada, and Express Entry after an invitation. Download them from your Roadmap page once it is delivered.
  • A conditional credit. If you later retain us for representation within 12 months of delivery, and our professional fees for it are CAD $3,000 or more (before any discount, not counting taxes, government fees or disbursements), your Roadmap fee is credited once toward them. There is no obligation to retain us.

You do not have to take our word for any of this. The free Snapshot comes first, and the price of the Roadmap is shown only after you have seen it.

Nothing is charged when you click

Here is exactly what happens, in order:

  • You read and sign the service agreement. It is shown in full before you pay.
  • Your card gets a temporary hold. A hold is not a charge.
  • Your RCIC checks your file: identity, any other representative, any conflict of interest. Your card is charged only when your RCIC accepts and countersigns.
  • If that does not happen within 3 business days, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
  • Your Roadmap is usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days after the agreement is signed by both of us and paid. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Until your Roadmap is delivered, you can cancel at any time for a full refund. After delivery the fee is not refundable.

Is it for you?

Yes, if you are seriously considering Canada and want to know what to do next before you spend money, change jobs, study French, move provinces, enrol in school or start an application. Or your Snapshot points to more than one route and you want help choosing. Or something in your situation is hard to weigh in a form.

No, if you are just curious (your free Snapshot is enough), you want someone to file your application (the Roadmap is a plan, not representation), you want a guarantee, or you already have an immigration representative handling your file.

The one thing we will never put in a headline

A guarantee. Anyone who promises you an invitation, a nomination or a visa is selling you something that is not theirs to give. What we can put in writing is the honest picture: your options, what each one needs, what is in your way and what to do first. That is worth having before you spend another month guessing.
