A free account earns as it goes. These credits carry over month to month until they expire, and are spent before any you have bought — so nothing is wasted.

We also credit confirmed error reports — if you find a real mistake in our data or content and tell us in the feedback box on any tool, we add credits once we have verified it. Earned credits pay for AI actions only: they do not upgrade your plan, and they cannot be put towards a consultation or any other professional service.

Without an account, you get 3 free AI actions per day, capped at 9 per month, shared across every calculator on the site — CRS, NOC Finder, CLB, Proof of Funds, the IRCC Fee Calculator, Program Eligibility — plus the IRCC Document Packager and Application Report tools. It’s one shared pool, not 3 per tool: using NOC Finder twice and the CRS Calculator once uses all 3 for the day. The monthly cap means the daily 3 won’t always be there — using your 3 every day for 3 days already reaches the month’s ceiling.
The count resets daily and is enforced per browser, not tied to your identity — it’s a fair-use nudge, not a paywall. When you have 1 left, the tool tells you; when you’re out, it says: “You’ve used today’s free tool uses. Sign in to your free ITC iLand account — you get a monthly credit allowance instead of a daily limit, still free.”
This pool is shared with the IRCC Document Packager and Application Report tools too — document identification, auto-straighten, tab summaries, and report generation each use one action from the same pool as the calculators above. Merging, compression, cover pages, and downloads in the Packager are never capped, with or without an account. A free account replaces this daily pool with 40 credits a month. Working an actual case? The Case Pass adds 500 credits set aside just for it, usable any time over 18 months — on top of your monthly pool, not instead of it.

A one-time review of an application you prepared yourself costs far less than full representation, where a consultant manages your entire case and communicates with IRCC on your behalf. Our fixed one-time prices are listed above; retainer fees for full representation vary by case complexity and are quoted after a consultation, not charged as a flat rate for everyone.

A review is a one-time, fixed-price check of an application you are filing yourself — an RCIC checks it for errors and gaps before or after you submit. Full representation means an RCIC becomes your authorized representative: they prepare and manage your entire case and deal with IRCC directly on your behalf, for a retainer fee quoted after reviewing your situation.
Not necessarily. A straightforward profile — a single employer, an unambiguous NOC code, a clean history, and a score comfortably above recent cut-offs — can often be filed correctly using our free tools alone. A review or full representation earns its cost when something is genuinely uncertain: an ambiguous occupation classification, overlapping or part-time work history, a gap or a previous refusal, or a score sitting close to a cut-off.
