ITC — Application Reports Chrome Extension: Privacy Policy

"ITC — Application Reports" is an internal tool used exclusively by ITC iLand Immigration Inc. consultants and staff. It is not intended for, and is not marketed to, the general public. It extracts application data that a consultant is already authorized to view on IRCC's representative portal, and turns it into a formatted review document.

When run by an authenticated ITC consultant on IRCC's representative portal (onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca), the extension reads:

• Application form data already visible to that consultant through their own logged-in session (personal details, contact information, language test results, work and personal history, application details)
• The client's document checklist (document names and upload status)

The extension never asks for, stores, or has access to the consultant's or any client's IRCC/GCKey login credentials. It only reads data already loaded in the page during an existing, authenticated session — it does not log in on anyone's behalf.

Extracted data is sent, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, only to ITC iLand's own backend at itciland.com, where it is used to:

• Generate a formatted Word document (.docx) review report, downloaded to the consultant's own computer
• Optionally, be stored in ITC iLand's private, access-controlled admin system so the consultant can generate or re-generate that report later

Data is never sent to, or shared with, any third party, advertiser, or analytics service. It is used solely to prepare the client's own immigration application review, by the firm the client has already engaged.

Every backend endpoint the extension talks to requires a private admin key held only by authorized ITC iLand consultants and staff. Stored data sits in an access-controlled database with no public read access.

Captured application data is retained only as long as needed to prepare and deliver the client's review report, consistent with ITC iLand's general record-keeping practices as a CICC-regulated immigration consultancy. Clients or consultants who want a specific record deleted can contact us using the details below.

• Host access to the IRCC representative portal — to read application data already visible to the logged-in consultant
• Host access to itciland.com — to send extracted data to ITC iLand's own backend, and to let the admin page trigger a capture
• Downloads — to save the generated report document to the consultant's computer
• Storage — to remember the consultant's own admin key locally, so they don't re-enter it every time
