Become a CICC-registered referral agent

If you run a serious business that works with people planning to immigrate, you can apply to become an official ITC iLand referral agent. Under the rules of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a referral agent whose name is registered with the College in advance may be lawfully compensated for client referrals.

How it works

  1. 1Apply below — tell us about your business and audience.
  2. 2We vet qualifying partners and register your name with the CICC as a referral agent.
  3. 3You receive a bundle of Gold Cards pre-registered to you, plus a digital kit.
  4. 4You earn lawful, transparent referral compensation under a written agreement.
Casual card-sharing remains a goodwill gift with no payment. Referral compensation is available only to agents whose names are registered with the College in advance — this is the only compliant paid-referral path.
