Looking for free newcomer services?
The Government of Canada funds settlement organizations that provide many services at no charge to eligible newcomers. ITC iLand's service is an optional, private, personalized concierge service for clients who want individual assistance.
Important: Fees above are for ITC iLand's professional settlement assistance only. Government fees, accommodation, deposits and third-party costs are not included. Accommodation is booked and paid directly by the client with the provider. Government-funded settlement services may also be available free of charge to eligible newcomers. Services do not include legal advice concerning residential tenancy matters or immigration representation unless separately agreed in writing.
