The core packaging process is local. PDF merging, compression, and session storage all happen entirely in your browser — no client file is uploaded to our servers. Two limited functions send only the minimum data needed to our AI processing partner: auto-titling sends the extracted text, a page image, and the file name; auto-straightening sends images of any scanned page that needs rotating. Your client's complete file contents are never transmitted. If an approved submission letter is included in your package, it was drafted separately by our staff using the complete case file — see our Privacy Policy for detail.
