Has a place of business in Ontario where you will actually work

At least 3 full-time Canadian citizen/permanent resident employees at that work location (5 inside the GTA, 3 elsewhere)
No outstanding orders under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 or the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Is not the Ontario Public Service (OPS) or an OPS entity
The job is full-time and permanent — at least 1,560 hours/year and 30 hours/week, with no end date
Job activities occur primarily in Ontario
