The Schengen Visa grants access to 26 European countries for tourism, business, or family visits — up to 90 days in any 180-day period. ITC iLand assists with complete application preparation to maximize your approval chances.
Who Is This For?

- Valid passport with at least 3 months validity beyond intended stay
- Proof of sufficient financial means (approx. EUR €100/day of stay)
- Round-trip flight reservations or confirmed itinerary
- Travel health insurance covering EUR €30,000 minimum throughout the Schengen Area
- Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings or invitation letter from host)
- Demonstrated intention to return home — employment, family ties, or property
How It Works
- 1
Determine the Lead Schengen Country
Apply at the consulate of the country where you will spend the most time, or your first point of entry if days are equal across multiple countries.
- 2
Document Preparation
Gather all required documents: passport, photos, travel insurance, financial proof, flight reservations, accommodation bookings, invitation letter (if applicable), and employment certificate.
- 3
Complete the Visa Application Form
Fill in the official Schengen visa application form accurately at VFS Global or the consulate. Errors cause delays or refusals.
- 4
Biometric Appointment
Schedule and attend a biometric appointment at the embassy, consulate, or VFS Global application centre. Fingerprints and photo are collected.
- 5
Processing Period
Consulate legally has up to 15 calendar days to decide. Busy periods (summer, holidays) can take longer. Apply well in advance.
- 6
Visa Decision
Schengen visa sticker placed in passport upon approval, specifying dates, duration, and number of entries (single, double, or multiple-entry).

The Schengen Visa cannot exceed 90 days per 180-day period. For longer stays, you need a national long-stay visa (D visa) from the specific country — such as Spain's Non-Lucrative Visa or Germany's residence permit.
